MARKETING EXECUTIVE/ MANAGER

Responsibilities and Duties
• Handling a team of Assistant Manager, Marketing Officers and Counselors.
• Conducting presentation and seminars, career counseling session for more and more branding, advertising and sales in junior colleges or reputed institutions majorly targeting 12th standard students.
• Conduct events, seminars, workshops, counseling sessions, canopy, kiosk, info-desk, leaflet distribution, and other ATL & BTL activities
• Sales and marketing activities for business generation.
• Building up prospectus on business development – Giving Presentation – Relationship Building Management – Develop Contacts – Closing prospects – Delivering.
• Managing all aspects of business operations, including setting of sales targets and achieving them through effective marketing strategy & resource utilization; carrying out the successful presentations, college and coaching class presentations, seminars, etc.
• Prospective college, test-prep center and coaching center visit.
• Organizing the faculty/marketing seminars in various colleges and coaching institutions to promote the Programs.
• Student Data Collection, generate prospective candidate leads.
• Prioritize lead generation and build new database of institutional clients.
• Preparing operational plans and negotiating allocation of quarterly and promotion budgets;
• Initiating marketing/sales promotion in key accounts with the objective of creating brand recall.
• Develop competitive sales strategies for deeper market penetration.
• Responsible for executing overall business plan, lead generation and meet Revenue Targets.
• Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored.
• Planning & conceptualization of innovative ideas/ways in order to increase the business by keeping tab on the competition.
• Generating new business by preparing marketing strategies & implementing them in coordination.
• Market Analysis & Bench-marking: Local mapping of target audience and developing the plan of action accordingly.
