Responsibilities
👉Meeting or exceeding sales targets of assigned area.
👉 Bring new partners on board and support successful lead conversion.
👉 Visit regularly and maintain good relationship with all franchisee partners.
👉Providing ongoing training, motivation, and sales development of Franchisee Partner to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained.
👉Understand end consumer and business needs to up-sell the company’s products at Franchisee retail outlet.
